| February 2008 | Website integration If your customers submit orders, request information or sign up on your web-site, or if your web-site is used by your customers and leads to subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletters, you may want this information to be recorded in your b2bCRM system automatically. This is now possible. Easier to forward and reply to inbound emails For those of you who already forward inbound emails to your b2bCRM system, this is now much easier. You can forward and reply to incoming emails in your Outlook (or whatever email client you use) without adding codes to the subject line. More information Both of the above enhancements are now standard in the 'inbound e-mail + website integration' module. You can download documentation from here.

| | | | | | | July 2007 | Swedish language is now supported A B2C version. If your customers are people and not organisations, i.e. if you are in real-estate, pension fund programs, project sales to individuals, travel arrangements, this may be relevant. You have to choose between the B2C person version OR the organisation version. You can download documentation from here. Project management with recording of time and material The project management system is made for b2bCRM users, who wants to register time & material spent on customer projects. As for the b2bCRM system itself, the project management module (PMM) is fairly simple to set up and use. The PMM gives you the possibility to register projects under customers (in the deliveries section), where you can create phases and milestones. Then you inform, what users may book time & material on the individual projects, and these users can then input no. of hours and rates on hours spend. Also simple material consumption such as kilometres/miles and representation can be stored. The b2bCRM system will let you create reports in Word or Excel to suit your reporting needs via the overviews function, which you are already familiar with. If your delivery agreements are based on a fixed number of hours which the customer pays up-front (in Danish: Klippekort and in English: Hours Punch Card), this is also possible.
| | | | | | | March 2007 | Campaign management As a result of user votes, we have already introduced additional functionality for companies working with campaign management; i.e. canvassing on customers and leads. This functionality is available to all users at no extra cost. You can download documentation from here. e-conomic ERP Integration We are pleased to introduce an integration to e-conomic, which is one of the most popular web-based ERP-system in the Northern Part of Europe. You can download documentation from here.
| | | | | | | November 2006 | A forecast and budget module has been introduced. Improved integration with Microsoft Word It has been the wish from many of the b2bCRM customers to have an integration with Word, when creating a new letter, quotation, contract etc. Up to now, you have been able to upload template documents in the system containing all the standard parts of a given document. However you have had to enter name, address, contact person and similar data for the customer by traditional copy-and-paste. This merge can now be done automatically. Also it is now much easier to store customer specific documents in the system. No local saving followed by upload is required. You can download documentation from here.
