At Milton we import heating products, including boilers, burners and radiators both for domestic and industrial use. We sell to our customers through wholesalers and installation companies. We always have a vast number of outstanding quotes, including customer quotations obtained from independent installers. It is crucial for us to keep track of these quotations, and to follow up and ensure that all customers are offered identical terms.Our Navision XAL system ensures that the quotation itself is generated from basic data in our system. However, we lacked the coordinating part towards our customers.
